Stephen Willis Ph.D.

Stephen functions as a psychologist, executive coach, consultant, and facilitator to CEOs and management of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profits. His work with non-profits has been funded by foundations such as Packard, Marin Community Foundation, San Francisco Foundation, and Pante Rhea.

Stephen’s career includes: instructor for Harvard University for ten years; CEO of AIB Business Consulting Inc.; and psychologist in private practice and with the Veterans Administration. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Purdue University, a B.S. in Mathematics from Manhattan College, and trained in Facilitation and Group Dynamics at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Stephen is a member of the American Psychological Association and its Society of Consulting Psychology. He is an Amazon best-selling author of two books: Power through Collaboration: When to Collaborate, Negotiate, or Dominate and Power through Collaboration: The Formula for Success in Challenging Situations.
