Steve has consulted to businesses in a wide cross section of industries. Steve functions as a consultant, executive coach, and facilitator to presidents and management of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profits. His work with non-profits has been funded by foundations such as Packard, Marin Community Foundation, San Francisco Foundation, and Pante Rhea.
Steve was an instructor for Harvard University for ten years and is also a psychologist. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Purdue University, a B.S. in Mathematics from Manhattan College, and trained in Facilitation at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Steve is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, American Society for Training & Development, American Psychological Association, and Bay Area Organizational Development Network.
Leslie has fifteen years of hands-on leadership in training, organizational development, and change management consulting and implementation for private industry, non-profits, government, and higher education. Her leadership experience also includes positions as VP of Training and Organizational Development, VP of Financial Performance Improvement, and Administrative Head of Program Management and Design.
Leslie has led and facilitated large scale training and change management initiatives around systems implementation and organizational restructuring in the financial units of Levi Strauss, Bank of America, First Union National Bank, UC Berkeley, The Community Action Partnership of Kern, and Kaiser Permanente. She has also been a lecturer for California State University Bakersfield. Leslie earned her B.A. at the University of Pacific and her B.M. and M.M. at the Manhattan School of Music. She is a member of The Bay Area Organizational Development Network, and Founder of The Carolina OD Network.
Charles has over fifteen years of leadership experience in strategic planning, collaborative innovation development, marketing strategy, M&A analysis/negotiations, transformation and consumer insights and development for fortune 500 companies. His leadership experience includes positions such as Executive Global Partner, Director of Market Strategy, Sr. Manager of Corporate Strategy/Transformation, and Principal Consultant for various Fortune 500 CPG/Retail/Hi-Tech/Media/Energy/Financial firms and a strategy consulting firm.
Charles has led and facilitated large scale, collaboration focused, strategic planning and innovation management initiatives with emphasis on corporate strategy, marketing strategy, transformation, financial analysis, IT strategy, business analytics, consumer insights, and change/training management for companies such as PepsiCo, Sears, Disney, JEA, Yellow Roadway, Cap Gemini, AT&T, Unisys, Citibank, Credito Italiano, and Assurance Credit Belgium. In addition, Charles is an executive board member of an international non-profit organization and active in local charity events. Charles earned his M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University, completed graduate (MS) studies in Computer Science at University of Central Florida, and earned his BS in computer science & electrical engineering from National Institute of Technology.
Nan Cowardin-Lee is a specialist in social and collaboration network analysis. Nan is highly skilled at illuminating work-flow connections and increasing collaboration and connection for clients, such as a national government agency, an international software company, and a global on-line community. Nan is certified in MBTI, certified as an Intercultural Practitioner, and experienced at working with diversity issues, accepting differences, and leadership across cultural boundaries. Clients have included diverse organizations such as The Mosaic Project; SoMa Task Force Facilitation; K.A. Hart & Associates, and Louis Allen Worldwide, Inc. Nan has extensive non-profit experience as well. Nan earned her MA in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology.
Jim has over 20 years of proven success in Engineering Management and Project Management. His experience includes project responsibility at major Hi-Tech companies including Microsoft, AMD, Hitachi Micro Systems, Cisco Systems, Cadence as well as Hi-Tech start-ups including Vadem, Tality, Innovision, and Integrated Telecom Express. He has worked on complex system design including RISC architectures (AMD 29K, Hitachi SH-3), microprocessor development environments and tools (Microsoft Windows CE SDK), and embedded systems (handheld devices, DSL modems). Jim has had full lifecycle experience for products from conception to customer delivery and maintenance.
Jim earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Mathematical Studies from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Physics from Manhattan College. Jim was a research associate at Stanford’s Institute for Mathematical Studies in the Social Sciences, and an Associate Professor of Computer Science at State University of New York Brockport and California State University Bakersfield. He is a member of IEEE, ACM and MPUG.
Maria earned a M.A. in Organizational Development & Human Resources from the University of San Francisco, is Certified in Training and Development, and has a M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology.
